Altered Cereal Box For Book Project! Clear Scraps June Kit!

                         Greeting Friends!
I hope each of you are enjoying your Summer so far!
Im sorry I haven't been posting on my blog now for 5 weeks!
I did not plan on it taking me this long to get back on my blog!
Im going through some difficult personal family things in my life right
 now so scrap-booking and blogging has not been something im
 making time for right now. Im hoping to start posting on my
 blog every 3 weeks. Im not sure about dt team right now im currently
 not sure about my last team I was on? My contract up so Im not sure
what I will do yet?
I know im not submitting to any since I haven been doing much
scrap booking.
In the mean time my faith  and reading Gods word and praying its
what is keeping me strong when sometimes life seems so difficult.
Im not sure what we are doing for summer vacation yet hopefully in a
 few weeks we will decide on that?
Heres a fun school project I helped my daughter with on the cover.
 It was to choose a book and alter a cereal box and telling
about your book on the box. I drew the cover however I messed up
 I wanted to leave the trees for her to draw and I had so much
fun I drew them and realized oops that was suppose to be for Ellie.

Heres the drawing I did.  Ellie colored it and decorated the rest of the box
without my help. Front of the box. We decided not to do the background that
 was on the cover. I thought she was going to color the leaves in?!

sorry I made the picture so small but this tell about the story and who wrote it ect.

This was a fun project but she was a little overwhelmed because she had
 2 big projects to do each week for the last week of school.
I did not help her with her other project so I didnt take pictures of it.
It was just a science project on poster board but a lot of research was
 required.
Even though we haven't planned our vacation yet we have been
busy doing a lot of Summer fun activities!
We have been to the pool a couple times, swam several times
in our swim spa at home,water balloon fun, pedicure, museums,
 jet ski ride, ceramic painting will share  that on the next blog post,
 craft shopping for our daughter and trying new crafts
will share that one time too, and tomorrow we are trying lazer
tag for the 1st time!
We just ofun out a week ago we have a swim pool 15 minutes
 away with a lazy river and water slide it was a blast.
Will share pictures of that on the next blog post.
We will defiantly be vising this place often this Summer!

Mini Mixed Media Canvas!

   Hi Friends!
Hope each of you are doing well!
Im sorry I have been MIA! Our daughter had a field trip. 6th grade graduation
 and academy awards this has happened the last 3 weeks.
 I also have been working on painting projects outside and some mini
projects inside. Im still recuperating with my knee injury going to
 pt and doing most of my pt at home.
School gets out next week so I also have had 2 dentist appt. and a dtr appt
 trying to get all the appointment doing before school gets out and tomorrow
 I have my hair appt to cover my gray!
I finally scrapped with working on a mixed media project!
I used gelato on the background stamped the flowers and the leaves.
 I used paint for the leaves and used gelato on the flowers.
I added a few drips to the center of the canvas.
If you clock on the image it will become larger.

Clear Scraps May Kit!

Hi Friends!
I should be getting my new charger for my camera in the mail today!

Stamped Easter Tag

           Greetings Friends!
I hope each of you enjoyed your Easter Holiday.
I dont have the pictures to share of the sunrise service we went to
on the bay . Dh has them on his phone and hes at work.
It was so pretty to see the sun rise over the bay and watch the play
about Jesus resurrection.
I haven had much time yet to work on any scrap booking with
 all the work being done with warranty.
The yard is done but we are waiting for a good
 rain to make sure its drains correctly that we dont have
 any flooding.
The inspectors came out a 1.5 weeks ago to look at
he kitchen cabinets we are waiting to see when they will replace
the flaws in the new ones they delivered 3 weeks ago.
We have been working on yard work we dug up all of our 8 to 10
bananas tree up because they kept producing to many new ones.
Now this weekend we will add the new plants to the ares we did
add a kum kut tree to replace the larger banana tree.
I had to clean the entire porch including the furniture from all
the dust from the dirt when they were leveling out the ground
before adding the grass.
The only scrapbooking I have done was creating this quick and fun tag!

I used pitt pens to color in the bow from faber castell.
Im hoping later in the week i have time to work on a mixed media project.
I miss creating with paints and other mediums!

Four Stamped Tags!

Greetings Friends!
WOW! I cant believe its been this long since I've been on the blog!
We have had warranty people here now for the last 5 weeks!
 Most of you knew we built a house a year and 3 months ago and after a
year we lived here we had to finalize our warranty repairs.
The builder did not complete all of the repairs so therefore
 we had to hire a lawyer and go to arbitration.
It has been stressful having people inside and out of
 our house taking care of 3 issues so that's why I have not
been updating my blog.
Last week we went to Sea world and was gone for 2 days.
The week before it was Spring break.
It took a year and 2 months to have a arbitration date set.
 We won and found out in Jan,
 2 or 3  week later which was late Jan or early Feb we had the work begin.
Due to the weather our yard was on hold for a 1.5 week or two weeks due to rain.
Hers the picture they removed all the grass and took out some dirt
 so they could re-add more dirt to redo the grading our our back yard.
Our back yard was flooding and the grading was never done property.
 Here's the 1st stamp more below.

We now have grass we just got it 2 days ago. Now we are waiting for a rain to
 make sure its all draining correctly. We have the cabinet inspectors coming
in next Friday becasue we still have issues with damaged or wrong colored
cabinets which they repalced last week and before Spring Break.
We are all looking forward to when all this work is finalized signed off and
completed with no issues.
Here are 3 more tags I stamped in various sizes.

More stamps one on burlap and the heart one I used a white pen for the title that says
love. The bottom of that tag I stamped a swirly design.

 Here is Shamu from one of the shows we saw. We haven't been back to sea world
in about 4 years so we wanted to go back
before they got rid of the shamu shows in our state.

Adult Coloring Book Marker & Clear Scraps New Kit!

Happy Wednesday Friends

I'm sorry it has taken me so long to blog!
We have had warranty people here for the past 1.5 and dealing
with family issues has been keeping me so busy.
I finally was able to color this book marker.

I used some water color pencils and gelato to color, misted,
 and stamped the back ground. On the lower
left corner I added a paper butterfly.

Stamped Winter Card

              Happy Late Tuesday!
Hope each of you are doing well!
I still have not created anything via scrapbooking except this card.
Im still working on spring cleaning projects and
I also have a mild tooth infection they thing the root all didnt
come out from  a root canal 2 years ago.
I see a specialist next week. Im almost finished
with the antibiotic.
Here's my quick stamped card!

The title says let it snow let it snow.
I used shiny paste for the 2 stamped snowflakes.
I misted the background for the card and used gelato on the stamped girl
except for the collar and cuffs I used a white colored pencil.

I did not plan to be away from the blog again this long

Since I dont have any dt work right now Im waiting for my kit from 

Clear Scraps Im not sure If I will be designing for Feb or March? 

 I keep forgetting to update my blog.

I did work on a quick Adult coloring page.

The flowers came with the stripes and I wanted to leave them plain 

like they are.

For the other colors I did some blending just smudging with my fingers.

If you look closely you will see I added some pop of burgundy on the flowers on 

the dolphins besides the tail. 

The rest of the dolphin I used several different tones of the blues.

Simple & Quick Mixed Media Tags Clear Scraps New Kit with video!

          Happy Wednesday Night!
I finally created my first Valentine projects for this year!
2 quick mixed media tags using gelato!
 For the first tag I tore off some paper added it to the top below the gelato i added.
Distressed the ticket and heart and added glittered trim.

 For the 2nd tag I used 2- gelato colors for the background.
For the stamp I also used gelato and stamped a script design on the upper
and bottom of the tag.
