HERE COMES SUMMER! (SUMMER SOLSTICE) ~ JUICY LUCY (Stuffed burger) / GRILLED ONION BLOSSOMS

Form into 8 patties. In 4 of the patties, create a hole and stuff with cheese. Top with remaining patty, pinch edges and tightly seal.
