Harukiya started as a small fixed street stall in 1949, and with the support of local residents, has continued to offer ramen for over half a century in Ogikubo, Tokyo.
Harukiya continues to keep and protect the unique flavor of its soup, with its rich niboshi (dried sardine) broth, created through the extensive research of its founder, Itsuo Imamura. To this day, Harukiya continues to welcome numerous customers as a popular store with people lining up outside to savor the ramen.
The noodles are kneaded every morning while taking into account the day's weather and humidity. The soup, with its aromatic Japanese flavor that combines broth extracted from multiple ingredients and a "kaeshi" (soy sauce flavored sauce), is where Harukiya passion shows. Please come and savor the flavors of Harukiya, which showcase the passion and skills of professionals.
Noodles and soup are all homemade.
