I love food!!! I eat almost anything and will try anything at least once. I have traveled all over the world (thanks to my Naval career) and fell in love with foods from the Mediterranean. Huge fan of Thai food, I grew up cooki
ng and eating Thai food. I just had our first son a few months ago and am enjoying being a new mom! I have collected cook books for all over the world. Every country I visited, I purchased a cook book. I love to read, watch Rugby (I am a retired rugger) and love my animals. My husband is awfully picky but I make him try everything and he constantly challenges my cooking and combination's. He is like a blank canvas for me.
