  Howdy...I saw you posted a recipe from Cavanaugh's in Webster, TX (Poblano Soup). Did you work there? They served the best Red Beans and Rice I've ever eaten in a restaurant...and always on Mondays. Do you have anymore Cavanaugh recipes, particularly RB&R?
