Hey RavenWhite! :) You could certainly leave out the Oyster sauce... you can sub another dark Asian sauce if you want, or just add a lil soy... oyster sauce just has a deep flavor.... if you like hoisin, you can add a bit of that to the meatballs... I don't like it all that much, and think it over powers quickly, so I wouldn't like that, but I'm sure many would. If you try'em please lemme know what you add, if anything! Thank you for looking :)

Hey there! Sugar snap peas are just fine, in fact that is what I used but either snow peas or sugar snap work. I actually don't care for peas (out of the pod and on the loose) myself. Feel free to use any vegetables of your choice, though. Let me know if you have any more questions. Looking forward to seeing how you like it and your pic :)

Good - hope you do give it a try! It is simple, but it has sort of an impressive appearance - my kind of recipe! :) Plus the name makes it sound much more exotic than just plain "custard"...

Thanks for looking at it and submitting a comment... I'm having a hard time imagining what the combination of maple syrup and plums tastes like...but that's what the recipe said you could use. Using honey seems to make more sense, at least to me!

This is just how I like Ramen - I'm not too keen on, as you say, soupy Ramen. A drizzle of Worcestershire sounds interesting.
