    Glad that both of you like it. :) This recipe is very easy to cut in half if you need to. It can also easily be quartered if you don't want a huge batch of cookies for the first try. Just remember to use real butter. (I use unsalted butter when I make them, but salted works just as well.) Its the butter that makes the cookies so soft. :)

    Oh, I am so sorry to hear about your sister's kitty :( That is awful! I can't believe someone could do such a thing! :( It breaks my heart to hear about cruelty to animals in any way.
