    Thanks for the comment on the chicken au gratin casserole...I like the Havarti cheese combination, its a little different and tastes great.

    Thanks for checking out the crunch buffalo chicken breasts...I haven't used a substitute for the mayo, but, I think you could use a lite mayo, a ranch dressing, or sour cream. (Lie versions would work!

    Thanks for the comment on the pineapple chicken. Yes, the mango salsa would be great with it. I wish we had a Publix here in my state, we love that grocery store and stop in when we are traveling for the subs. They are great.
