Delicious! Easy! and a company worthy dish. I roasted the cauliflower florets in a 400 degree oven for about 15 minutes instead of boiling. I roasted them dry and because I was putting the rest of the dish together later I let them cool. When I melted the butter I added the flour next to make a rue then added the milk and then the cheese once the milk was nice and hot. Delicious! and would make a nice addition to any meal.
note: I used a blend of Colby and Jack cheese and used about 6 ounces.

This is really delicious. At first I was afraid the mix was too soupy but it ended up being just fine. It turned out very moist. Mine took 45 minutes exactly and was done perfectly. The sauce is delicious! I put a piece of bacon on top of one for my sister. I also put a piece of bacon under some sauce on one of them. I lined my cookie sheet with aluminum foil and sprayed with cooking spray for fast cleaning. Thanks for a great lunch! I added a couple of pictures and a thread in IMI 1/4/14

You know, faith, I don't know why you couldn't use olive oil in the bread. My sister was a vegetarian for awhile, and only used sunflower or safflower oils at that time, but I don't know why olive oil wouldn't work. Let me know if you try it that way - now I'm curious!
