This recipe turned out great! I often have a hard time with the gravy part of a Shepherd's Pie recipe, it's either not enough of this or too much of that for my taste but using the cream of mushroom soup was ideal! Thanks Bakerme!!

i made this last night, my tweens hadn't had lamb before and were iffy about it due to the "cute animal " factor. i had to ask them to pause a few bites in to get their opinions, they loved it ! my larger slow cooker had broken a few weeks ago so i did in in a dutch oven in oven instead, and i used more veggies as i do with everything thing because the whole house loves them , i ladled out broth near end and used cornstarch to thicken a little and i was too lazy to cut up the meat first, it roasted and slowly sunk , and later cut up beautifully, i was too excited getting it to the table to take photos

My husband loved it! The kids not so much, but that was to be expected. I added carrots, Worcestershire and some bay leaves to the slow cooker and used plenty of black pepper. It was easy to do, perfect as a quick sauerbraten without the marinating time.

Oct 25/16 What a fantastic recipe. The bread was moist and great flavours. DS#1 said the it was so good that he did not even need butter on it just eat as is. Only note is that I found that my was done in about 60 minutes so I would suggest you give the bread a check at about 55 minutes. Will be making again.

Just curious, where are you located? I like to put location or origin of where I got the recipe from after I print them out. I have french, turkish, scottish, texas etc. Just like to know where they originated from. Fixing to make your lickety split cocoa cake. Sounds good.
    Thank you for your time,
    ~Tracy~

Yummo....My 12 yr. old son decided he wanted to make a pie--and he picked your lemon pie recipe. He has never made a pie before (cheated on the crust) but he learned to separate eggs, cook on the stove without scorching (yes, he has burnt a pan to a crisp before) and whip egg whites. I had to do a little coaching but he did a good job. Love the recipe!

I just noticed that your recipe was for Sweet and Sour 'Meatloaf' not 'Meatballs'... it would probably work as meatballs also, right? I can just adjust the cooking time!
