    Indonesian Recipes (Spicy acid fish)

    Ingredients
    - 4 fish fillets, each 5 oz., about 1 inch thick
    - 2 tablespoons chopped shallot or red onion
    - 2 Tablespoons chopped garlic
    - 2 cm ginger, thinly sliced
    - a stick of lemongrass
    - 2 cm galangal, thinly sliced
    - 1 / 2 cup ground chilli
    - Belacan, for your thumb
    - water of tamarind to taste
    - Sprig of kesum leaf
    - 1 Kantan flower
    - 1 fresh tomato
    - Oil for sauteing
    - Sufficient water

    how to make it
    1. Stir-fry all the onions, ginger, lemongrass, galangal and belacan until wilted.
    2. add round chilli
    3. Add water to taste, bring to a boil
    4. add fish fillet and mix briefly
    5. add kesum leaf, kantan flower and water of tamarind
    6. stir until evenly
    7. when it simmering and cook, add the tomato slice
    8. and serve!
