    Sounds easy, but mine was a disaster. What did I do wrong. I didn't use teff, but a mixture of plain and wholemeal flours. I left it for 3 days, stirring it each day. Initially it started fermenting nicely, but on the 3rd day the mixture separated. Is that too long in 40 deg C heat? When I tried to cook it, it turned into a gooey, glutinous mass and I had to throw it all out. I love injera and so much want to get this right.

    I love cold-water-brew coffee! I make it usually in the summer. add your creamer and over ice. PERFECT! Another tip: cheesecloth to strain.

    Made a pot of this last night and it is FANTASTIC!! I drink ice-coffee in the afternoon and keep hearing how wonderful cold brewed is so I thought I would try it. I used a really strong coffee (Café du Monde) and used 1 cup for 4 cups of water and left it sit overnight in my French Press. Poured it into a container and popped it into the fridge to chill. It's wonderful ... no bitterness and very smooth. I also do not find the need to dilute the concentrate because I like my ice coffee strong and use a ratio of 1/2 coffee and 1/2 unsweetened almond milk (or when I want an indulgent cup I'll use sweetened vanilla or sweetened chocolate almond milk). Wonderful. I'll never brew another pot of coffee again. (p.s. my coffee was from the can and not course ground and it worked well, using a French Press is ideal for straining)

    Thanks, but no, I don't get online much anymore since my shift changed at work. Don't have wifi at home either. I plan on fixing that once I dig myself out of this holiday debt. lol Merry merry and be healthy.
