  thanks for stopping by i would suggest these combinations: 1/2 parmessan with sesame seeds olive oil and halloumi or 1/2 gruyyer with half mozarella

  Hi Misslizzi. Thanks for checking out my Swiss Cheese and Mushroom Quiche recipe. You know how weird spinach is....you throw in what looks like a cup and a half of fresh spinach and it wilts to 1/2 cup before your very eyes. Guessing that's about what I did.
