    Whoops! Where's the baking powder? I wanted make as written, but went with my better judgment and added 1tsp. baking powder & 1 tsp. baking soda. A fantastic muffin and one I will make again. See more in IMI II Reviews.

    Made it tonight-- 9 year old said, "MMM-- this is good!" after first bite-- made it with a white mild cheddar-- since I was out of fresh parm-- it was yummy!

    The size of the tomato can is pretty much how juicy or dry you want the dish to be. I usually get the larger, and not always use it all.
