My Moms Famous Holiday Nut Cups

- Dough: shopping list
- 2 8oz. cream cheese shopping list
- 8c.flour shopping list
- 4 sticks butter(Blue bonnett works best mom says *Softened*) shopping list
- Filling: shopping list
- 4c. brown sugar shopping list
- 1 doz. eggs(large eggs if possible if not mediums will work.) shopping list
- 2lbs.chopped walnuts( peanuts and pecans will work just as well also. Finely chop which ever nutz u prefer.) shopping list
How to make it
- Roll dough into 1 inch balls,place into ungreased muffin pan, press all the way up the sides.
- Place 1tsp-1 1/2tsp. full of the fiiling into each prepared muffin cup.
- Preheat oven to 350 degree and bake for 15-20 minutes or until done.
- Pull out of oven let cool for about 5 minutes.
- store in an air tight container of zip lock bags.
- *If u freeze them they will last in there for 6 months.
- * this recipe can easily be doubled if you prefer.*
