How to make it

  • Mix ketchup with tomato juice, worcestershire, horseradish and ginger.
  • Reserve.
  • Heat oil in a deep skillet set over medium-high heat.
  • Add onion ad stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add chicken and continue to stir-fry for 3 minutes.
  • Add vegetables and stir fry for 2 minutes longer.
  • Make a well in the middle of the pan and pour in reserved tomato juice mixture.
  • Bring to a boil.
  • Reduce heat and simmer for 3-5 minutes or until meat is cooked through and the sauce is thickened. Garnish with lime wedge.
