How to make it

  • On a med-high heat
  • Heat oil add onion and spice cook for 2mins
  • Add in Chorizo and beef cook until almost browned
  • Add in the capsicum,tin of tomatoes,garlic,sweet chilli sauce,Baked beans and the Stock
  • Bring to the boil
  • Then turn down to simmer on a low heat
  • Stirring every 15mins to stop food catching and burning
  • When ready serve Topped with Sour cream and Cheese
  • And thick Sice of Country loaf with heaps of Butter

    A great mix of ingredients, very different from the chili I'm used to...it sounds delicious! Especially the addition of the baked beans...it all sounds great together, thanks so much for sharing! ^5

  • 750g of beef-mince(ground beef).
  • 1 Large Chorizo Diced
  • 440g of Baked Beans in Tomato Sauce (or ChillI sauce for more heat)
  • 1 Large Onion Chunky dice
  • 1 Large Green Capsicum Chunky dice
  • 475g tin of Chopped Tomatoes
  • 2 large cloves of garlic Crushed
  • 2 Tblsp of Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 1/2 cup of rich beef stock
  • 1/2 Tblspn of Cajun spices
  • 1 tub of Sour cream for topping
  • 1 1/2 cups of greated cheese for topping
  • Jalepeanos optional extra!!
