Pineapple Currant Rice

- 1/3 cup white onions chopped shopping list
- 1/3 cup celery chopped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon butter shopping list
- 2 cups cooked white rice shopping list
- 2/3 cup pecans coarsely chopped shopping list
- 2/3 cup dried pineapple chopped shopping list
- 3 tablespoons almonds toasted shopping list
- 3 tablespoons golden currants plumped shopping list
- 1 tablespoon snipped fresh parsley shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon thyme shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon ground sage shopping list
- 1/4 teaspoon salt shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper shopping list
- 1/2 cup chicken broth shopping list
How to make it
- Cook onion and celery in butter in small skillet over medium heat until tender.
- Combine all ingredients in large bowl then turn into greased baking dish.
- Cover with foil and bake at 350 for 25 minutes.
