How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 350 degrees
  • Grease an 8 inch square pan
  • Mix together mayo,milk,eggs and cornstarch until smooth
  • Stir in ham,cheese, green pepper, a dash of black pepper and pimentos
  • Pour mixture into prepared pan
  • Bake until golden brown and knife inserted in center comes out clean, 35-40 minutes
  • Serve warm or at room temperature
  • Variation: Pour filling into an unbaked 9 inch pie crust and bake until done
