How to make it

  • Whisk together ingredients in a medium bowl. Place marinade and chicken in gallon-sized zipper-lock bag;pess out as much air as possible and seal. Depending on chicken type,refrigerate 30 to 90 mins,flipping bag halfway through to ensure that chicken marinates evenly.
  • 30 mins to 1 hour marinating for boneless and 45 mins to 90 mins for bone-in

    This is really really good! Used for chicken breasts on the grill and they were yummy. I made extra marinade to thickened with a little corn starch for a really nice lite sauce that was drizzled over the chicken for serving. I've been looking for a replacement of the bottled store marinades. This one goes in my frequent use recipe file!
