Canned Home made Salsa

- 5-6 C Chopped roma tomatoes shopping list
- 2 C chopped bell peppers shopping list
- 2-3 jalapenos or more if you like shopping list
- 2 C chopped onion shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 3 hot banana peppers (can also use anaheims if you want) shopping list
- 3 sweet banana peppers(optional) shopping list
- 1/2 C apple cider vinegar shopping list
- 1/2 C lime or lemon juice shopping list
- 1 6oz can tomato paste shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 tsp dry red pepper shopping list
- 1 bunch fresh cilantro chopped shopping list
How to make it
- mix ingredients together.
- Put in pint jars
- Process for 30 minutes in hot water bath
- I use my food processor to chop everything. Can chop as coorse or as fine as you like.
- Makes about 6-7 pints

I have never canned before, but I am plunning to this summer. Do you just put this in sterilzed jars , cap and put in boiling water for 30 minutes? You don't have to heat it up first? I hope not because it sounds so fresh.
