Curried Carrot Soup

- 2 lb. of chopped carrots shopping list
- 4 c. of vegetable broth shopping list
- 2 c. of water shopping list
- 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil shopping list
- 1 chopped onion shopping list
- 1 tbsp. of curry powder shopping list
How to make it
- Take some olive oil over medium flame.
- Saute the onions until yellow and tender.
- Next you want to add carrots and stir.
- Slowly pour the stock and let this simmer until carrots are tender(20 min)
- In your blender, pour the mixture in and puree.
- Finally, pour into the pot and simmer.
- You can add water if needed!
