Quick and Easy Quilt Cake

This was in my mom's recipe box. I love this cake. Its easy and delicious! It's ready in 4 hours.
Ingredients
- 1 package German chocolate cake mix shopping list
- 1 can condensed milk shopping list
- 1 jar caramel sundae sauce shopping list
- 8 ounces Cool Whip shopping list
- strawberries, blueberries or blackberries, for topping shopping list
How to make it
- Bake cake in 9x13 pan according to directions.
- While still warm punch holes in cake and pour milk over cake.
- Spread caramel sauce over this.
- Top with Cool Whip.
- Add the fruit topping, if desired.
- Refrigerate for four hours.
