Euro Potatoes

this side is awesome to serve with any meat or fish, very flavorful and zesty....it'll wake your mouth up from the ordinary.
Ingredients
- Euro Potatoes: shopping list
- 1 Bag small red new potatoes shopping list
- 6-8 Lg cloves of garlic-pressed shopping list
- fresh parsley chopped shopping list
- garlic salt shopping list
- cracked black pepper shopping list
- salt shopping list
- cooking spray shopping list
- extra virgin olive oil shopping list
- Hungarian paprika shopping list
- Parmisian cheese, I used fresh grated shopping list
- smoked paprika can be used if desired shopping list
How to make it
- Wash and boil potatoes till done,
- rinse with cold water to stop cooking process,
- let sit til cool enough to handle,
- cut potatoes in half and put in large bowl,
- drizzle with olive oil and mix gentle,
- add garlic and parsley and the rest of the seasonings,
- spray a cookie sheet and put potatoes on it cut side up
- sprinkle with parmisain cheese and Hungarian paprika
- salt and pepper.
- place under the broiler till golden on tops of potatoes
- keep an eye on them so they don't burn.
- you can also use kosher salt if desired, but make sure there is enough on there .
