Spicy White Chili

- Serves 6
A bowlful of this soup will warm you up on a cold day. Served with homemade bread and you have a great meal.
Ingredients
- 2 medium onions, chopped shopping list
- 1 T. oil shopping list
- 4 cloves garlic minced shopping list
- 2-4 oz. cans chopped green chilies shopping list
- 2 tsp. oregano shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. cayenne pepper shopping list
- 1/4 tsp cloves shopping list
- 2-14oz. cans chicken broth shopping list
- 4 cups chopped cooked chicken shopping list
- 3-15 oz. cans great northern beans, rinsed shopping list
How to make it
- Saute onions and garlic in oil until tender.
- Add the rest of the ingredients to mixture.
- Cooker over medium heat for 2-3 min.
- Stirring constantly.
- Reduce heat and simmer for at least 15 min.
- Garnish with shredded cheese.
