How to make it

  • On a small cookie sheet lay out the pecans and set aside.
  • Mix together cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper and season salt.
  • Shape cheese mixture into a ball, and gently roll into the pan with pecans, until completely covered. Reshape as you go to form a ball or a log shape.
  • Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Serve with crackers, thick chips or even crisp cookies.

    One of my favorite cheeseballs! I have a similar recipe on my page; mine has a little onion added. This is one of those recipes that people wrinkle their noses at, but when they try it, they love it! Great post. - Natalie
