Pineapple Pecan Cheese Ball

- 1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese shopping list
- 1 (3 1/2 oz) can crushed pineapple, drained shopping list
- 2 tbsp green peppers, chopped finely shopping list
- 1 tsp Lawry's season salt shopping list
- 1 1/2 - 2 cups chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- On a small cookie sheet lay out the pecans and set aside.
- Mix together cream cheese, pineapple, green pepper and season salt.
- Shape cheese mixture into a ball, and gently roll into the pan with pecans, until completely covered. Reshape as you go to form a ball or a log shape.
- Refrigerate for 1 to 2 hours. Serve with crackers, thick chips or even crisp cookies.
