Ingredients

How to make it

  • Preheat oven to 450E.
  • Press the drained hash brown between paper towels to get as much moisture out of them as possible.
  • In a 9-inch pie plate, toss the hash browns with the melted butter into the late.
  • Press then into the bottom and up the sides to form a crust.
  • Bake for 25 minutes.
  • During the last few minutes of the crust baking time combine the remaining ingredients.
  • When the crust is ready pout the egg mixture over it and return to the oven.
  • Lower the oven to 350E and bake an additional 30 minutes.
  • The quiche will be light golden brown on top and puffed.

    My sister-in-law makes something like this when we visit her, and it is so tasty...I will have to give yours a try. I love "all-in-one" dishes like this!
