How to make it

  • In small bowl mix all ingredients except steak then blend thoroughly to make a paste.
  • Rub evenly into all surfaces of steak then wrap loosely in plastic and refrigerate 8 hours.
  • Grill or broil steak to desired doneness.

    Sounds delicious! Not a big fan of rib-eyes but I think the mixture will be good on any steak. Thanks!
