Sweet Potato Fries Recipe

Ingredients

How to make it

  • Cut Sweet Potatoes into long french fry cuts
  • Mix first 4 ingredients
  • Everything is to your taste so sprinkle according to how you like
  • Spray the cooking spray lightly on cookie sheet
  • Cook in 350 Oven for 30 min or until golden brown
  • Or put in foil and add a clove of Garlic and let cook on BBQ

    Sweet Potatoes always have a nice smell in the house, just love it. I'll have to use cinnamon next time, thanks metgrrl.

    I made these yesterday, but didn't have any Cayenne Pepper, so I used cinnamon instead. I loved it! It smelled sooo good while it was cooking too.

    Ok Jess, and any other Sweet Potato Fries Fans. Homemade Horseradish dipping sauce. Mayo, prepared Horseradish, dash of worcestershire sauce, dash Crazy Janes Salt, some pepper. Add in more garlic/onion if you need to. Make to your taste/consistency, I like mine thick. Easy out..Ready made Horseradish sauce..next to mayo.

    I love sweet potato fries. I usually serve mine with a horseradish sauce for dipping, homemade, or store bought.(It's not hot or too spicy, you control that) Let me know if you want the homemade version.

    I try and make them as often as I can. They have a nice sweet taste with a bit of salty and spicy bite depending on how much Cayenne Pepper I use
