Cajun Pork Chops or Chicken Recipe

How to make it

  • Heat frying pan with the oil/butter
  • Season meat
  • In small bowl combine mustard and honey(mix well)
  • Brown pork/chicken on both sides
  • Pour the honey/mustard mix over the meat
  • You can cook this either in the frying pan or bake in the oven,either way keep it covered on low heat (fry pan) or bake at 350 in oven.
  • When done you may use the honey/mustard sauce to put on your
  • potatoes,rice,or noodles.
