How to make it

  • using a decent size mixing bowel, combine first five ingredients.
  • grate entire pkge cheese
  • stir only well rnough that all is wet.
  • add can of chilies
  • then add 1/2 of the grated cheese. leave remaining cheese for top
  • after all is folded in, pour into prepared casserole dish, if dark
  • add 10 exra mins of baking.
  • put into oven and back for 35 mins. or until golden brown, or until center cracks
  • and pulls away from sides,
  • remove, put remaining cheese on top, and put back into
  • oven until cheasse is melted. Remove, place on cooling rack,
  • if still piping hot, spoon onto plates if it has cooled a while,cut into
  • aquares.
