Jers Corn Casserole

- 17 oz can or cream style corn shopping list
- 1 heaping c. of bisquit shopping list
- 1/2 c milk shopping list
- 1/4 oil shopping list
- 1 well beaten egg shopping list
- 1 snall can of chopped green chilies shopping list
- 1 pkge of monteray cheese, or pepper jack chees shopping list
- spray w/pam a 8x8 casserole dish preheat overn to 350 shopping list
How to make it
- using a decent size mixing bowel, combine first five ingredients.
- grate entire pkge cheese
- stir only well rnough that all is wet.
- add can of chilies
- then add 1/2 of the grated cheese. leave remaining cheese for top
- after all is folded in, pour into prepared casserole dish, if dark
- add 10 exra mins of baking.
- put into oven and back for 35 mins. or until golden brown, or until center cracks
- and pulls away from sides,
- remove, put remaining cheese on top, and put back into
- oven until cheasse is melted. Remove, place on cooling rack,
- if still piping hot, spoon onto plates if it has cooled a while,cut into
- aquares.
