Easy Pineapple Cheese Ball

Easy cheese ball that has pineapple in it. I like the sweetness of this, because it is not overpowering. This should be refrigerated at least 8 hours.
Ingredients
- 2 (8 ounce) packages cream cheese, softened shopping list
- 1 (8 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained well shopping list
- 2 cups finely chopped pecans, divided shopping list
- 1/4 cup finely chopped green bell peppers shopping list
- 2 tablespoons finely chopped green onions shopping list
- 2 teaspoons seasoning salt shopping list
- assorted crackers for serving shopping list
How to make it
- Mix all ingredients, using1 cup of the pecans and form into a ball. (Reserve 2nd cup of pecans for coating the cheese ball.)
- Refrigerate overnight.
- Before serving, roll cheese ball in reserved cup of pecans.
- Serve with crackers..
