How to make it

  • Saute onions, garlic, carrots, and celery in a large pot
  • rinse off green peas and add to pot
  • cover with water
  • When ingredients start to boil, add curry powder, tumeric,
  • salt and peper
  • continue boiling on low until peas are very soft
  • when done let cool and pour in blender, pulse until smooth.

  • 1 onion - chopped
  • 1 half clove of garlic - chopped
  • 3 tablespoons of olive oil
  • 1 carrot - chopped
