Impossible Pie

- Serves 810
Ingredients
- 100g Butter
- 225g Caster Sugar
- 225g Dessicated Coconut
- 4 Eggs
- 100g Plain Flour- flour can be any preffered type
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg
- 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 300ml whole milk
- Optional with serving - Custard/Custard Powder and/or cream
How to make it
- Butter a 10 inch pie dish (or a spring form cake tin works too)
- Mix all ingrediants together by mixer or hand
- Pour into buttered dish/tin
- Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour until golden and crisp on top
- Serving Suggestions: Best served Hot with Cream or Custard
- You should have a sponge base, and egg custard type middle and a crunchy coconut topping.
