How to make it

  • Butter a 10 inch pie dish (or a spring form cake tin works too)
  • Mix all ingrediants together by mixer or hand
  • Pour into buttered dish/tin
  • Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour until golden and crisp on top
  • Serving Suggestions: Best served Hot with Cream or Custard
  • You should have a sponge base, and egg custard type middle and a crunchy coconut topping.
