Impossible Pie

- 100g butter shopping list
- 225g caster sugar shopping list
- 225g Dessicated coconut shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 100g Plain Flour- flour can be any preffered type shopping list
- 1/2 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1/2 tsp vanilla shopping list
- 300ml whole milk shopping list
- Optional with serving - custard/custard powder and/or cream shopping list
How to make it
- Butter a 10 inch pie dish (or a spring form cake tin works too)
- Mix all ingrediants together by mixer or hand
- Pour into buttered dish/tin
- Bake at 180 degrees for 1 hour until golden and crisp on top
- Serving Suggestions: Best served Hot with Cream or Custard
- You should have a sponge base, and egg custard type middle and a crunchy coconut topping.
