How to make it

  • cut meat in cubes --into pan with oil brown
  • after meat has browned,add flour,salt,pepper,cummin,garlic powder
  • add onion,bell pepper,potatoes,jalapinos,tomatoes and enough water to cover
  • cover and cook 30-45 minutes
  • serve with rice, beans and tortillas
