Raspberry Ice Cream

- 5 eggs shopping list
- 2 cups raspberries shopping list
- 1/2 gallon whole milk shopping list
- 2 cans evaporated milk shopping list
- 2 cups sugar shopping list
- 1 tablespoon vanilla shopping list
How to make it
- Heat berries in heavy saucepan until they juice then cool.
- Beat eggs with mixer at high speed until light and foamy.
- Gradually add sugar and evaporated milk.
- Pour into ice cream freezer can and stir in milk, vanilla and cooled berries then freeze according to ice cream freezer directions.
