  • Place ingredients in the bread machine pan in the order suggested by the manufacturer.
  • Select Basic bread cycle and start machine.
  • Makes a 2 pound loaf.

    I'm not usually a big fan of bread machines, but recently I was given one for a gift. That combined with the fact I ran out of bread and didn't want to drive 1 hour just for bread and I didn't have time to make a loaf lead me to this recipe. I have to say I think I am now a fan of bread machines :) This was absolutely delicious. Love the soft texture. I don't particularly like the crust, but I think that is more the machine than the recipe. I'm going to try this as just a dough recipe. Thanks so much for sharing.
