Homemade Dumplings

- 2 cups flour shopping list
- 1 cup milk or water (water = lighter dumpling) shopping list
- 4 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
How to make it
- Sift dry ingredients in mixing bowl....
- Add liquid ingredients & mix until batter will drip from the spoon
- Drop from spoon into boiling stew & cover tightly.
- Let cook undisturbed for 10-20 minutes depending on texture of dumplings you prefer.
- The longer cooked, the firmer they will be.
