Lemon Poppy Seed Loaf

A sweet and zesty loaf that can be eaten as a dessert or just as a snack with coffee.It's so easy to make..Don't let the ingredients fool you..it tastes homemade and fantastic!
Ingredients
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup water shopping list
- 1 pkg. lemon instant pudding shopping list
- 1 pkg. Duncan Hines lemon cake mix shopping list
- 1/2 cup Crisco oil shopping list
- 1/2 cup poppy seed shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp brandy flavoring shopping list
- 1/4 cup sugar shopping list
- 2 tbsps lemon juice shopping list
How to make it
- Blend all the ingredients from eggs to brandy flavoring in a mixing bowl
- Put in loaf pans - greased and then dusted over with flour to prevent sticking
- Bake at 350 for 1 hour
- Lemon Glaze
- Mix together sugar and lemon juice until it makes a medium paste
- Poke holes in cake when it comes out of the oven and pour over while cake is still hot.
