Tlc Sandwhich

Simple I know, but this is my vegetarian spin on the old stand-by, BLT sandwich. I am not a vegetarian by any means, but sometimes when I don't feel like the bacon, I will make this for a light lunch or even breakfast.
Ingredients
- 2 pieces bread. I usually go with whole wheat shopping list
- 1 tomato thinly sliced shopping list
- 4-6 slices of cucumber shopping list
- Some romaine lettuce, ripped shopping list
- Some sliced onion (optional) shopping list
- Hot spicy mustard (optional) shopping list
- salt and pepper to taste shopping list
- butter shopping list
- balsamic vinegar shopping list
How to make it
- Toast your bread, and then coat with butter
- If desired, coat with your choice of mustard. I like to use "Keens" hot
- Place sliced tomatoes on bread. Salt and pepper to taste
- Place sliced cucumbers over tomatoes and drizzle with balsamic vinegar
- Now place the sliced onion and ripped pieces of lettuce over cucumbers
- And your done
- Now eat
