This is the first of two Irish Cream recipes I have in my recipe box. Up here in Canada where liquor is so pricey, it's nice to have these recipes, especially if you are going to use the liqueur in your baking! Read more A bottle of liqueur can run you $40.00 up here -- actually, I think Grand Marnier was $70.00 for the big bottle the last time I bought it for my hubby for Christmas! I can't remember which of my two recipes for Irish Cream is better as I haven't made them for awhile. You'll have to try them both! Great to make yourself to add to eggnog at Christmas! See less

Ingredients

1 1/2 cups Irish whiskey shopping list
1 egg shopping list
1 pint whipping cream shopping list
5 tbsp. chocolate syrup shopping list
1 can sweetened condensed milk shopping list
1 tsp. almond extract shopping list

How to make it

Mix all ingredients together. Bottle and store in refrigerator.

Hahaha! I don't know Windsor! Never heard of it!! We drink Canadian Club and Crown Royal up here! But I'm sure Windsor would be as good as any other -- especially if, like you say, you drank some of it first!

Will I like this made with Windsor? That is my favorite whiskey. If not how much do I have to drink before I will like it? Is Windsor expensive in Canada too? L.
