Impossible Pie

- 60 g butter melted shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 cup plain flour with 1/2 tspn baking powder shopping list
- 2 cups skim milk shopping list
- assorted fresh herbs and powdered spices- curry and coriander is great, or chili and parsley... you choose!!! shopping list
- 1 cup grated low fat cheese shopping list
- 1 onion finely chopped shopping list
- any left over veges (pumpkin or sweet potato is YUM in this pie) shopping list
- 1 cup (ish) of ham or leftover meats shopping list
- Add another egg if it gets too dry, or a little water shopping list
How to make it
- Preheat oven to 180 degrees C
- Fold all ingredients except butter together
- Add melted butter to mix and fold through
- Spray pie form or casserole dish, and add mix
- Sprinkle breadcrumbs and grated cheese on top to get some crunch going
- Cook for 40-45 mins at 180degrees, then 10 mins at 120 degrees C
- Serve with a leafy salad and crusty bread
