White Chili

- 4 Tbsp. of olive oil shopping list
- 4 skinless, boneless chicken breasts shopping list
- 1 onion chopped shopping list
- 1 1/4 cup chicken broth shopping list
- 1 ( 4 oz) can diced green chilies shopping list
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder shopping list
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano shopping list
- 1/2 teaspoon cilantro shopping list
- 1/8 teaspoon cayanne pepper shopping list
- 1 ( 15 oz cn) cannellini beans(drainned, rinsed) shopping list
- 2 green onions, chopped shopping list
- 2 ounces monterey jack cheese shopping list
How to make it
- 1. Heat oil ( medium heat) cook chicken and onion for 4-5 minutes.
- 2. Stir in chicken broth, chilies, garlic powder, cumin, oregano, cilantro and cayanne pepper.
- 3.Reduced heat simmer for 15-20 minutes.
- 4.Sir in the beans and simmer for 5 minutes.
- 5.Garnish with green onions & shredded cheese
