Spanish Marinated Olives

These olives are simple to make,spicy from red pepper flakes and fruity from the lemon and orange. Recipe from recipezaar.
Ingredients
- ilb. assorted good imported olives(kalamata,nicoise,spanish,cracked green etc) shopping list
- 8 garlic cloves,sliced shopping list
- 1/2 orange,zest of ,cut into 1/2"julienne shopping list
- 1/2 lemon,zest of,cut into 1/2" julienne shopping list
- 2Tbs fennel seed shopping list
- 1Tbs fresh rosemary shopping list
- 4Tbs olive oil shopping list
- 3Tbs fresh lemon juice shopping list
- 1/2tsp red pepper flakes. shopping list
How to make it
- Combine all ingredients in a large bowl,and marinate at room temperature at least 24 hours.
