Steak House Style Marinade

Got this recipe from July 2008 Southern Living mag. I used it yesterday and it really does tenderizes the tough cuts of steak.
Ingredients
- 1/2 cup dark beer shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. worcestershire sauce shopping list
- 1 Tbsp. steak sauce your choice shopping list
- 1 tsp. lemon zest shopping list
- 1/2 tsp. salt shopping list
- 1/4 tsp. ground pepper shopping list
How to make it
- Whisk together beer and remaining ingredients until blended.
- Use immediately.
- Or cover and chill until ready to use.
- If chilled let stand at room temperature then whisk it
- Will marinade 1 1-lb. boneless sirloin steak or other tough cuts of beef.
