Pumpkin Bread

This is my sister's pumpkin bread recipe; it is moist and delicious.
Ingredients
- 3 1/2 cup flour shopping list
- 3 cup sugar shopping list
- 1 tsp nutmeg shopping list
- 1 tsp cinnamon shopping list
- 1 tsp allspice shopping list
- 1/2 tsp baking powder shopping list
- 2 tsp baking soda shopping list
- 1 1/2 tsp salt shopping list
- 1 cup vegetable oil shopping list
- 4 eggs shopping list
- 1 16 oz can pumpkin shopping list
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans shopping list
How to make it
- {reheat oven 350*; grease two loaf pans.
- Sift together dry ingredients in large mixing bowl; add oil and eggs mixing well then pumpkin and pecans. Mix well and pour into the prepared loaf pans baking for about 55-60 until cake tester comes out done. Enjoy with some cream cheese or butter.
- Can bake in 5 mini loaf pans-adjusting bake time.
