How to make it

  • Mix by hand the graham crackers crumbs, peanut butter, powdered sugar and butter.
  • Press into jelly roll pan.
  • Melt chocolate chips and milk over low heat. Pour over graham cracker mixture. Refrigerate.

    I was creating a Pittsburgh and New Orleans menu for the football game, and in my research, I discovered the Clark Bar was a Pittsburgh icon. So, I came to GR to see if there was a copycat, and, lo and behold, not only did I find one, but it's from a foodie friend! My favorite recipes to make. ;) So, make them, I did. I don't see in the directions where to add the butter, so I just added it to the crumb/peanut butter mixture. So easy, so rich and so tasty. Thank you, Henrie! I added my pic.
