How to make it

  • In large bowl, combine chicken, pineapple, celery, and nuts
  • Combine sour cream and mayonnaise
  • Add 1/8 cup sour cream mixture to chicken mixture, blend
  • Spoon into baked pie shell
  • Top with remaining sour cream mixture
  • Garnish with shredded cheese and olive slices
  • This will give you 6 big servings
