How to make it

  • Preheat over to 400 degrees. Line baking sheet with foil.
  • Cut pita into wedges / triangles.
  • Coat each piece well with olive oil (use fingers or a brush).
  • Place pieces on baking sheet.
  • Combine all spices and sprinkle evenly over pita pieces. Then turn each piece over and sprinkle the other side.
  • Bake 10 minutes, or until nicely browed.
  • Crispy and delicious!

  • 2 or 3 tablespoons olive oil, enough to coat the pita
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon ground pepper
  • 1 tablespoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
  • 1 teaspoon steak spice
  • 1 teaspoon oregano
  • *any leftover spice can be saved and used to season almost anything.
